Warranty is transferable to new home owner.

The fixtures or appliance will be covered under the manufacturers warranty.​

Here are some common questions:

What if my newly installed sump pump does not work within a few months?

Due to a malfunction of a pump that has a  warranty and as long as we provided and  installed it,  WE will return the faulty product to our supply house and then install the replacement  for you FREE if its within 6 months of original  installation.

What if the pump was purchased by the home owner but installed by Boss Plumbing?

We will only provide a warranty on the labor. You would need to contact and replace the pump with the manufacturer. Re- Installation would be an additional cost.

What is Not  Covered?

Any plumbing that we originally installed that has been altered due to home owner, handyman or other trades men.

Any defects, failures from mistreatment or neglect.



What if I sell my home?



Warranty is transferable to new home owner.


This warranty gives you as a customer specific leagal rights. States rights may vary.
